Ralph Stanley Francois, J.D., B.S.,  is a community activist and a lawyer. From September 1997 to the present, he is a Lead Litigation Attorney at Francois and Associates and handles cases in Civil, Immigration, Bankruptcy& Foreclosure Defense, Review Socio Political patterns to present successful political asylum cases and VTVPA cases. Provide financial reports and other documents to consumer in order to obtain Federal discharge of Certain Debts under Bankruptcy Law. Train and supervise Attorneys and litigation legal secretaries. Additionally, he has been an advocate for Florida immigrants, a chemistry and physical sciences teacher for the Dade County Public School System.

                 Francois received his Bachelor of Sciences in Chemistry in 1992 from FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY where he made the Dean’s List from 1988 to1990.  In Port-au-Prince, he attended the Institution Saint Louis de Gonzagues and the Faculté de Droit & Sciences Economiques; also in Port Au Prince in 1987.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 1997.

                Francois was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
