Group Citadelle (GC) governance is composed of a multi leveled structure to insure a stable and accountable corporate culture.  Because, GC is primarily seeking a public/private money, it is imperative that the tax payers money be responsibly invested.  This is explained why in moving forward, GC will be governed by this multi disciplinary board components including both foreign and Haitian American members
